CYCLOPS athlete gaming replaces Ayagator with Fnatic's Chibisu

This is their second move since a three-year period of no changes.

Japan League team CYCLOPS athlete gaming today announced the signing of Ryuya "Chibisu" Hamasita from Fnatic. He replaces Taiyo "Ayagator" Hirayama, who formally left the team today.

This is the second roster change for CAG in a matter of as many months, after they spent over three years with no changes.

CAG attended the Six Invitational 2023, but continued to disappoint internationally and were the only team eliminated in their group of five. This was, however, on par with both of the other APAC teams at the event.

Last year, Chibisu was one of the best players in the Japan League and finished the third and final split of the year with the fourth-highest SiegeGG Rating and highest Entry K-D. He was also the third-best in terms of Entry K-D in the second split.

Comparatively, Ayagator had a worse performance by 0.11 SiegeGG Rating points.
