A 7-4 win over Soniqs, a 7-3 over G2 Esports, and results of 7-5, 7-5 against SANDBOX Gaming have guaranteed FaZe a top-two finish in Group B and a spot in the Six Berlin Major quarter-finals.
This is as they are now on 12 points -- the first team to hit this mark -- compared to third-placed SANDBOX with just three points and two games remaining.
While FaZe failed to qualify for the Charlotte Major, they were the Sweden Major champions, finished third at SI 2022, and won this stage's Copa Elite Six.
They are now the top scoring team in Berlin so far, making them likely the favourites going towards the playoffs.
Elevate are the only other qualified team right now, but w7m can join them later today. In Group B, there is a close battle for second with G2 on five points, SBXG on three, and Soniqs on one, with G2 vs Soniqs yet to come today.
