Saves leaves Team Secret, Keenan benched

Team Secret have made their first player change of the window.

After finishing EUL Stage 2 in ninth place, Team Secret have opted to replace both Keenan "Keenan" Dunne and Szymon "Saves" Kamieniak. Saves will leave the team, while Keenan will move to the bench.

After becoming one of the Summer 2020 and Winter 2020 Italian champions and competing in the 2020 EU Challenger League with MACKO, Keenan joined Secret for Stage 2 2021. Secret finished the last four stages in eighth, 10th, ninth, and ninth place as they defended their spot in the European League in last year's relegation game.

During the most recent EUL stage, Keenan was Secret's best player by SiegeGG Rating, with the fifth-best entry differential and by far the most clutches in the entire league; six compared to Shiinka's four.

Saves, meanwhile, previously won the ESL Pro League Season 10 title on NAVI, a team he only left earlier this year. He joined Secret ahead of Stage 2 but was the lowest-rated player on the team and had the joint-third worst entry differential in the league.

The team currently sits four points ahead of PWNZ in last place in the league, meaning a relegation fight this stage is still on the cards. Secret's next game will be on Monday, Sep. 12 against Team BDS.
