The Berlin Major will be the Soniqs’ fourth event after they missed the Charlotte Major.

After recovering from eighth place in Stage 1, Soniqs have now locked in a spot at the Berlin Major with a victory over Parabellum Esports.

This win was their fifth of the season, following prior victories against beastcoast, DarkZero, Oxygen, and Spacestation, the last of which was in overtime. Along with 7-8 losses against XSET and Astralis, this put Soniqs on 16 points.

This means that Soniqs are the second team to lock in a spot at the Berlin Major, following Oxygen Esports. This will be Soniqs’ fourth global event with the same player lineup after the Mexico Major, Sweden Major, and the Six Invitational 2022.

Across each of these events, Soniqs have slowly been improving from 13th-15th to 9th-12th, before finally breaking out of the groups with a 5th-6th place exit at SI. Six months later, North America is at an all-time high, which will encourage fans of the Soniqs that they can improve even further.

The Soniqs will next play from Aug. 15 to 21 in Berlin, Germany.
