Team Secret have parted ways with Luke "Kendrew" Kendrew, as revealed by the British player on Twitter yesterday.
The European squad most recently qualified for the Six Invitational 2023 in impressive fashion, beating all the teams they faced in the EU Closed Qualifier by 2-0 scorelines. This performance came after they struggled in the EUL, finishing in ninth place every single stage in 2022.
However, Secret failed to qualify to the playoffs at the Six Invitational, being the only non-APAC team that did not do so.
Kendrew played for Team Secret for a one-and-a-half years after a brief stint on cowana Gaming. He had previously played for Natus Vincere for almost two years and had won the ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals with that team.
