Valorant map pool: All maps in rotation for Episode 8 Act 3

No changes so far

Valorant Map Pool

Now that Valorant's Episode 8 Act 3 is underway, you might be wondering if there are any changes to the current map pool.

Unlike other shooters, not every map is active all the time in the game. Instead, Riot selects a handful of them to include in the map pool and leaves a few out. With this system, developers can work on inactive maps, whether to fix an issue, add new stuff, and/or modify their layout.

We have gathered all the information you need to know about the current map pool in case you don't know what maps are on the game.

Episode 8 Act 3 map pool

Here are all the maps available now that Episode 8 Act 3 of the game is underway:

  • Icebox
  • Lotus
  • Sunset
  • Breeze
  • Ascent
  • Bind
  • Split

This map pool was implemented at the beginning of 2024, after the start of Episode 8 Act 1, and has remained the same after now that Act 3 has begun.

Keep in mind that this map pool only applies to Ranked modes and the official Valorant esports competitions. If you wish to play other maps, you could jump into some casual game modes like Team Deathmatch or Spike Rush.

However, this lineup won't stay the same for too long as Riot Games' Product Manager has confirmed that the map pool will change with update 8.11. This patch is set to come out on Tuesday, June 11, after VCT Masters Shanghai 2024, and it will also introduce a new map allegedly called Bastion.
