Thiago "Handy" Ferreira and Felipe "Nade" Ferreira will meet today at the Six Invitational 2024 as they will play for FaZe Clan and w7m esports, respectively.
The fact that the twins will meet in the Six Invitational 2024 has driven everyone crazy and their history has reached thousands of people, including those who haven't spent much time following Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege esports' scene.
Looking at the matches between both twins, it doesn't look great for Nade. The players have met in five different matches, with Handy winning four games. Here's the record between the twins:

The Last Dance
Right before the start of the Six Invitational 2024, w7m esports announced that they would part ways with their current Rainbow Six Siege roster. The decision was made after the team didn't reach an agreement to renew their contracts with the Bulls.
After a Top 2 finish at the Six Invitational 2023, the team won the BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen and the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta. Now, they have another shot at lifting the sledgehammer.
Plain and simple, the Bulls will try to redeem themselves from last year's defeat the Six Invitational 2023 grand finals against G2 Esports. However, as we mentioned before, w7m esports have yet to defeat FaZe Clan this season. Third time's the charm, they say.
Infinite Overtimes
For those unaware, the Six Invitational grand final introduces a very unique concept: infinite overtimes. This means that, if the teams head to overtime in any of the maps played today, a two round advantage will be needed to collect the map win.
The idea behind infinite overtimes was introduced to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege at the Six Invitational 2019. Back then, G2 Esports and Team Empire left us with one of the most exciting maps ever played in competitive Siege, as the European powerhouse defeated the Russian side by 12-10 on Coastline.
Other infinite overtimes in the history of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege include Ninjas in Pyjamas' 11-9 victory against FaZe Clan at the Six Sweden Major.
Lower Bracket Curse
Since the introduction of the Lower Bracket system at the Six Invitational only one team has been able to survive to the Lower Bracket curse: G2 Esports.
The first time we saw a Lower Bracket at a Six Invitational was in 2020, when Spacestation Gaming beat Ninjas in Pyjamas by 3-2. In 2021, the ninjas redeemed themselves with a 3-2 victory against Team Liquid. One year later, in 2022, the Upper Bracket winners TSM defeat Team Empire by 3-1.
However, G2 Esports became the first team to lift the sledgehammer coming from the Lower Bracket. This means that only one out of the four Six Invitational winners since the introduction of the double-elimination system has come from the Lower Bracket. Can w7m esports become the second team to do so?
