As we head to the start of the Six Invitational 2024, here's a brief look at all of the teams in Group B!

Here are all of the teams included in the Group B of the Six Invitational 2024!
FaZe Clan
Although they haven’t gotten any silverware this year, we could say FaZe Clan’s season has been a success so far. The team’s additions made early in the year have adapted well and the team survived to losing Matheus “Ramalho” Ramalho during the summer off-season, as the Six Sweden Major champion accepted G2 Esports’ offer.
In Copenhagen, the team finished inside the Top 4 after a flawless run in the Swiss Stage and a victory against SCARZ in the quarterfinals. Unfortunately, the team’s loss against Team Liquid stopped them from reaching the tournament’s Grand Finals.
The team’s run in Atlanta was quite similar. Another flawless run in the Swiss Stage was followed by another 2-1 quarterfinals victory and 0-2 defeat in the semifinals. This time, the red roster lost to LOS.
Overall, the Brazilians are the favorites to top the Group B standings. However, the team’s in the group probably have other plans in mind.
Spacestation Gaming
Spacestation Gaming started the season after undergoing a deep roster rebuilding by adding some of the former players and coaching staff of Astralis.
Led by Alec “Fultz” Fultz, the Americans reached the BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen and the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta. Unfortunately, the results collected weren’t the best, as their best performance was in the Atlanta Major, where they finished in the Top 8.
Spacestation Gaming’s only roster change made during the season was the addition of Liam “Ashn” Paz, who joined the team after the astronauts parted ways with the Six Invitational 2022 champion Bryan “Merc” Wrzek.
Wolves Esports
Wolves Esports’ performance at the Six Invitational 2023 had everyone talking. Unfortunately, the team’s consistency in Europe hasn’t been met with international silverware… yet. The team qualified for both BLAST R6 Majors, but the team always fell one match short from the Phase 3.
It will be Jimmy “DEADSHT” Vojtasik’s first Six Invitational appearance after joining the Frenchmen at the start of the season.
DPlus
DPlus have proved to be the best South Korean team in Rainbow Six Siege this season after winning both splits. However, the roster has only won two international matches this season. To qualify for the Six Invitational 2024 playoffs, the team will have to do more than that.
While the South Koreans have the experience from competing at the Six Invitational 2022, the recent roster changes including the arrival of Jang “dmaly” Hyun-Jun make this team a bit unpredictable.
Team Bliss
The Australians are set to make their Six Invitational debut after playing in Copenhagen and Atlanta. Undoubtedly, Team Bliss has been the best roster from Oceania. Nevertheless, the team’s performances at international competitions haven’t been great.
It’s worth remembering Team Bliss’ recent performance in Atlanta, as they put both Wolves Esports and Spacestation Gaming between a rock and a hard place.
Additionally, Team Bliss will be the first Australian team to play at a Six Invitational since Fnatic’s Six Invitational 2020 performance.
Storylines
Here are some of the most exciting storylines from Group B!
FaZe Clan and Spacestation meet three months after clashing in Atlanta’s quarterfinals
On Day 2 of the group stage, FaZe Clan and Spacestation Gaming will meet in their second BO3 in just three months. Both teams met in the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta quarterfinals as the Brazilians got away with a 2-1 victory.
Historically, the teams have only met three times since joining the Rainbow Six Siege esports circuit. Curiously enough, two of these came during the 2023 season, as FaZe Clan also defeated the astronauts in Copenhagen.
It’s worth mentioning that no map played between both sides has seen less than eleven rounds, with three of the seven maps being overtime scores.
Déja Vu for Wolves, Team Bliss, and Spacestation Gaming
Group D of the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta Phase 1 included Wolves Esports, Team Bliss, Spacestation Gaming, and Alpha Atheris. Surprisingly, the Six Invitational 2024 Group B includes three of those teams.
Back then, Wolves Esports and Spacestation Gaming qualified for Phase 2 after narrow victories against Team Bliss. Unfortunately, the pink roster missed out on the following stage after finishing in the group’s third place. The Australians’ first two matches will be against the Frenchmen and the Americans on Day 1 and Day 2, respectively.
DPlus return after missing out on Six Invitational 2022
DPlus is making a return to the Six Invitational after missing out on the 2023 edition. The South Koreans’ last appearance in Rainbow Six Siege’s most important tournament was at the Six Invitational 2022, when the team reached the Top 12.
Back then, the South Koreans had been performing well internationally. After a Top 8 finish in Mexico, the team was one kill away from the Six Sweden Major Grand Finals. At the Six Invitational 2022, the roster topped the standings of Group D and was sent home after defeats against Soniqs and Oxygen Esports.
