Soniqs have announced the signing of Ambi, who will make his top-flight debut at the Six Invitational 2024.
Although Soniqs qualified for the BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen and the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta, the Americans' best result was a Top 4 finish in Denmark. Meanwhile, Soniqs could only take one victory in Atlanta's Phase 2.
Ambi has spent the last two years playing in North America's Tier 2. His best performance came with Arial Arise when the team finished in second place after pushing Oxygen Esports to map five of the SCS Season 7 Finals.
Ambi is still 17 and he will be 18 on Feb. 9. This means that Ambi will become the youngest player to compete at any Six Invitational.
